CSi supports the military construction Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES) that includes preparing budgetary cost estimates, MILCON project justifications (DD1391), supporting the DD1391 process, and project support.
Project Management
CSi provides project management for all projects and programs we support. This includes a full suite of Microsoft software for tracking cost, schedule and performance. We manage projects for clients by integrating ourselves into the client's projects. We also can provide technical assessment of a client's existing management capability and recommendations for improvements. Training needs identified during the assessment can be satisfied with formal or informal sessions as required.
